Had a pleasant 2-night stay. Continental breakfasts with soy milk were marvelous. The twin room had central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen television. The staff was friendly and excellent, always with a smile on their face.

Good location relatively close to the historical center. The great whirlpool bath. The very comfortable room, just like the bathroom. Beautiful decoration. And the excellent attention of Helena at the reception.

Breakfast could be better, it's not worth paying for. The juices are not natural. And the products are generally industrial and not at all rich. The beds could be better, for me the mattresses were already a little worn out. They make noise from early on the cleaning girls talking. At breakfast they are all the time setting up tables and then when it is time for the service to end, I am desperate to pick up everything and this makes the guest uncomfortable, in a hotel of this category they should expect people to leave. By twenty past ten they had taken everything down, making a lot of noise.

It's a perfect hotel with amazing breakfast, the location is favourable close to historic centre. The staff are very, very nice and courteous, they keep the place fairly clean. The service is top-notch, includes secure parking. Moreover, there is a parking next to venue.

I keep coming back because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a bar. They even returned my forgotten sim cards. Plus, the jacuzzi and flat-screen TV just make it perfect. Can't wait for New Year's!

This hotel is very well located, just 10 minutes from the cathedrals. The decoration of its Hall is striking, with a 'luxury' hotel look. The whole interior of the hotel, as well as its rooms, has a completely new and very clean look. The rooms are very well equipped and totally soundproofed, both inside and outside. The attention at the reception desk was quite correct as well. In short, the four stars that the hotel has are very well awarded.

My final rating would have been 5 stars if they had provided us with a slightly larger room, as the one they gave us was somewhat oversized. However, I would have no problem staying in this hotel again, although I would have asked for a bigger room beforehand.

The hotel is the top choice in Salamanca. Clean facilities and an amazing breakfast with unique offerings like a weird toaster and soy milk. - the staff is incredibly nice and excellent to all guests. - A comfortable atmosphere throughout the place.

The staff were extremely courteous and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The hotel is lavishly furnished, including reception rooms and bedrooms - almost baroque but in good taste. We loved the spa bathtub and the three different lighting systems in the bathroom and three different heating systems in the bedroom. Breakfast included local specialities and was copious.

An obnoxious other customer who invaded personal space during the calm of breakfast. There is nothing that comes to memory that we did not like of the hotel itself.

Free internet connection; items in the minibar fairly prized; low level of contact noise.

Bed short and narrow; strangely high desk (working on it might be inconvenient for small people).

The hotel was located was within easy walking distance of tourist sites, restaurants and shopping. Provision of on site parking (at a reassonable rate) was an advantage. Value for money especially with breakfast provided within the tariff.

While not allowed initial room had been occupied by a smoker. Request to change rooms was successful.

It is undoubtedly a wonderful and special option when in Salamanca. This hotel is a brilliant place for a business trip in Salamanca. - the breakfast choices are very good and excellent with soy milk.

Surly staff at reception. Holes in bedsheets. Blankets instead of duvets - this in itself is an indication that this is not a four star hotel. Who wants to sleep under a blanket that has been occupied by someone else just a few hours earlier. If the owners paid as much attention to making the rooms better and less to the chintziness in reception then this would be a better hotel. Until they do then this should be re-classified as a two/three star hotal. Definitely not worth the price paid. ONly redeeming factor were the breakfast staff and the good breakfast they laid on.

Disliked most of my time there. I would not go back.

The location is very good only a few minutes walking from the centre. It is also well located to arrive by car. The hotel parking was expensive so we parked at another parking lot a few metres from the hotel and it was cheaper. The room is quite comfortable but nothing special.

During the weekend the breakfast starts only at 9am and I thought it was too late.
